  • Where can I find the user manual for the earbuds?
You can find the PROBUDS user manual at this link.
  • My earbuds do not turn on, what do I do?
There could be a variety of reasons why the earbuds are not turning on. One reason could be that there is not enough charge stored in the charging base or the earbuds. Another reason could be that the earbuds are turned off and may need to be turned on. In general, here are some steps to try: Remove the earbuds from their case: Check if there is any indication of a light coming on for each earbud. If you do not see any light, proceed to the next step. Long press on each earbud: Press and hold the button on each earbud for five seconds until you see a light or hear a power-on sound. This action should activate the earbuds. Alternative solution: If the above steps do not work, place the earbuds back into the charging case and ensure they are properly seated and making contact with the charging pins. Then connect the charging base to a power outlet using the provided USB cable. This method should initiate the charging process and power on the earbuds. Allow the charging process to occur for about 1-2 hours. Then try steps 1 & 2.
  • My earphones aren't synching, what can I do to resolve?
Here are a couple of troubleshooting steps you can try: Ensure one of the earbuds isn't turned off: It's possible that one of the earbuds may have been turned off or disconnected. To resolve this, long-press the button on the earbud for approximately five seconds. Then place both earbuds back into the case. After a few seconds, remove both from the case. This action should attempt to sync the earbuds together and reactivate them. Check the battery level: If the earbuds have run out of power, they may not function properly. Place both earbuds back into the charging case and ensure they are properly seated, making contact with the charging pins. Then connect the charging base to a power adapter using the provided USB cable. This method should initiate the charging process and power on the earbuds. Allow the base and the earbuds to charge for approximately 1-2 hours before attempting to use them again.
  • When I plug in the charging base, the side light is flashing a red light for a brief period of time and then it turns off. What does that mean?
When the red indicator light on the charging base flashes for a brief period of time and then turns off, it indicates that the case is fully charged and ready for use. Typically, the charging time for the case ranges from 1 to 2 hours. Please ensure that you leave the charging base connected to a power source for the recommended duration to ensure a complete charge.
  • What is the appropriate charging adapter to use?
To ensure optimal charging performance and to protect your true wireless earbuds, we recommend using a charger that is rated for 5V / 1A. It is crucial to use the correct charger to avoid any potential damage to the battery or the earbuds themselves. When selecting a charger, please verify that it meets the required specifications of 5V output voltage and 1A (or higher) output current. We strongly advise against using chargers with significantly higher output ratings than recommended, as it may cause excessive heat generation, overcharging, and potential damage to the earbuds.
  • Why do my earbuds remain connected to my phone after I placed them into the charging case?
If the earbuds remain connected to your phone after placing them into the charging case, the charging case itself may be out of power. In this situation, you will need to turn off the earbuds manually. This can typically be done by long-pressing the button on each earbud for a few seconds until you see a power-off indication, such as a blinking light and a power-off sound. Turning off the earbuds will ensure they disconnect from your phone. To ensure the earbuds turn off when placing them in the charging case, please follow these steps: Connect the charging case: Ensure that the charging case is connected to a power source using the provided USB cable. This will initiate the recharging process for the case. Recharge the charging case: Allow the charging case to recharge for the recommended duration, usually 1-2 hours. This will replenish the power in the case. After following these steps, your earbuds should no longer remain connected to your phone once placed into the charging case.
